She will provide a comprehensive overview of policy and procedural aspects, knowledge and skill development impacting the system, along with promising practices to overcome these challenges.

Additionally, findings from a 2023 study evaluating the availability and effectiveness of the state's ECE program will be shared, with a focus on insights from both parents and professionals that highlight the program’s strengths and areas for improvement.
